ISW series pumps are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps. The impeller is installed on the extended shaft of the motor. It has the characteristics of stable operation, simple structure, simple maintenance and repair, convenient installation and less floor space; the product complies with GB/T5657-1994 Centrifugal pump technical conditions (III) category”; it can transport clean water with a medium degree of no more than 105°C or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

1. High efficiency and energy saving: CFD is used to calculate fluid dynamics, analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and speed distribution in the pump, and optimize the flow channel design of the pump to ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile and improve the efficiency of the pump.

2. Stable operation, safe and reliable: the motor and the water pump are directly connected coaxially, with high concentricity, stable operation, safe and reliable.

3. Stainless steel shaft sleeve: The mechanical seal position of the shaft is relatively easy to be rusted. Once the direct-coupled pump shaft is rusted, it is easy to cause the mechanical seal to fail. The ISW pump is fitted with stainless steel shaft sleeves to avoid corrosion, increase shaft life, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.

4. Bearing: In the motor equipped with the pump, the shaft extension bearing below Y (Y2) 280 (including the fan blade end bearing below Y180) adopts enclosed bearings. During normal use, the maintenance and maintenance of the motor bearings are not required.

5. Mechanical seal: The base part of the mechanical seal generally uses a rubber bellows structure. The seal on the shaft of the traditional mechanical seal is changed from the line seal of the O-ring to the two-face seal of the rubber part, which improves the sealing effect.

1. ISW type horizontal clean water centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. 2. ISWR type horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels and restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulating transportation and urban heating systems. The use temperature of iswr is t≤120℃.

3. ISWH horizontal chemical pumps are used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. The operating temperature is- 20℃~+120℃.

4. ISWB type horizontal pipeline oil pump is used for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20~+120℃.
