1. Do not allow the QJ submersible pump to run without water immersion.
2. It is absolutely forbidden to lift the QJ submersible pump from the well with a cable.
3. It is forbidden to open the oil plug of the motor.
4. The QJ submersible pump must be at least 5 meters away from the bottom of the well, and the downhole water level controller must be at least 1 meter away from the motor and work under the condition that water is immersed in the motor.
5. The diving depth is no more than 40 meters, and the water velocity around the motor is required to be no less than 0.1 m/s.
6. The reversing time of the motor shall not exceed 1 minute.
7. The lead wires and cable joints are operated according to the regulations.
8. The matching cable of the electric pump should match the rated voltage and current of the motor; the cable should be properly fixed and clamped.
9. If it is a new well or an old well that will not be used for a long time, it must be cleaned with a special well pump before installing a new pump to go down the well.
10. QJ deep well pumps are not allowed to be used lying down or inclined.
11. All electric pumps must be equipped with control switches. The switches should operate reliably when the electric pump is out of phase or overloaded.
12. QJ deep well pumps must be grounded reliably in special applications, such as ponds, shallow wells, and reservoirs.
13. In order to prevent electric shock, the power supply must be cut off when the QJ deep well pump is moved, repaired or cleaned.
