The working principle of self-priming non-clogging sewage pump:

The pump body is provided with a liquid storage cavity, and communicates with the pump working cavity through the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole, forming the axial return external mixing system of the pump.

After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid has been stored in the pump cavity. When the pump is started, the liquid in the pump entrains the air and is thrown upwards under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation pipe, and the gas is discharged out of the pump, so that a certain amount of gas is formed in the pump. The degree of vacuum achieves the effect of self-priming. During the second operation, a one-way check valve is installed at the suction port of the pump, so it can be started without adding water.

The working process of the self-priming pump is divided into 4 stages:

Use of self-priming non-clogging sewage pump

1. The ZW self-priming non-clogging sewage pump should be checked for correct rotation and flexible rotation before use.

2. Unscrew the filling screw plug on the top of the pump body. There is no need to add liquid storage after starting the machine. It should not be started when the pump has insufficient liquid storage, otherwise the pump will not work normally and the mechanical seal will be easily damaged.

3. When starting up, the outlet flow control valve should be opened first to facilitate the discharge of gas during the self-priming process. After starting, adjust the opening of the outlet flow control valve so that the pressure gauge reading points to the specified area (various pump type pressure control range tables) to avoid the pump working within the lower limit of the specified area to prevent excessive shaft power Large causes the motor to be overloaded and burned or the pump produces cavitation due to excessive flow, which affects the normal operation of the pump, and causes the pump to vibrate strongly and make noise.

5. When shutting down, the outlet flow control valve should be closed first, and then shut down to avoid insufficient liquid storage in the pump due to the siphon effect.

1.
