The 63KW high-power submersible motor is a closed, water-filled, wet, vertical three-phase squirrel-cage different-step motor. The motor and the water pump are directly connected through a claw-type or middle-key barrel coupling; it is equipped with three-core cables of different specifications: the starting device is Air switches of different capacity levels, auto-decompression starters, and water delivery pipes are made of steel pipes of different diameters, connected by flanges, and 63KW high-power submersible motors are controlled by gate valves.
Features of 63KW submersible motor:
1. Motor protection grade; IP2, heat-resistant water temperature 125℃;
2. The user can use it horizontally when needed (but the use time is 60% of the vertical type);
3. High mechanical seal, not easy to pollute the environment;
4. The motor has low operating noise;
63KW submersible motor structure:
1. The high-power submersible motor is composed of stator, rotor, upper and lower guide bearings, lower connecting flange, base, shaft extension sealing device, etc.
2. Sealing rings are used for the connection of each stop of the high-power submersible motor; the shaft extension is sealed according to the sand content of the water, and different sealing devices can be selected. (When the sand content is greater than 0.01%, the rubber skeleton oil seal is used; when the sand content is greater than 0.01-0.5%, the mechanical seal is used)
3. The lower part of the high-power submersible motor is equipped with a rubber adjusting bag, which is used to balance the pressure of the inner cavity of the motor and the water when the internal heat of the motor expands and contracts and the water level outside the motor changes.
4. The stator winding of the high-power submersible motor adopts water-resistant insulated wire, which has good insulation capacity, and the winding wire is connected with the water-resistant JHSR type cable.
5. The upper and lower guide bearing housings of high-power submersible motors are equipped with bearing bushes, and the lower part of the rotor is equipped with thrust bearings. The thrust bearing is composed of upper and lower thrust bearings and a sliding plate, which are used to bear the axial force.
The installation method is as follows:
1. The 63KW high-power submersible motor can be used vertically, just like in a basic water well;
2. Inclined use, similar to the inclined roadway in a mine;
3. The 63KW high-power submersible motor is used horizontally, such as pumping water in a pool.
Attention should be paid to the following points when the 63KW high-power submersible motor goes down the well:
1. In terms of type selection, determine what the inner diameter of the well is, and then choose a pump unit smaller than the diameter of the well. For example, if the inner diameter of the well is 219mm, choose a machine with a seat number of 200QJ and the inner diameter of the well 319mm. Choose the machine frame number 250QJ, and then select the flow and head of the pump unit through the water inflow and dynamic water level on the well report. Generally, to prevent the water level from falling, place the pump unit 5-10 meters below the dynamic water level. It’s okay.
2. In connection with the 63KW high-power submersible motor, pay attention to the vertical connection to facilitate the addition of water to the motor and prevent the internal water of the motor from not being filled up. Align the positioning holes. After the connection is completed, rotate the pump shaft with bare hands. If it can rotate, prove the connection no problem.
3. Before the 63KW high-power submersible motor goes down the well, the motor lead and the power cable connector should be connected with a waterproof cloth. During the downhole, the 63KW high-power submersible motor should place the cable at the opening of the lifting pipe flange to avoid bumps. The cable, causing the cable to enter the water, is not insulated.
