(1) The motor does not turn suddenly
The power supply should be cut off first, and the circuit should be checked to see if there is a power failure or a blown fuse or a circuit failure. If the circuit is normal, it is likely that the stator winding of the motor is burned out. Common reasons are: long-term overload operation of the motor, the temperature is often too high, the winding insulation is gradually aging and failure and burned; single-phase operation or long-term low voltage, the current increases, the motor is overheated and burned; the water level is too high during the pumping process Descent causes the motor to run out of the water for a long time; due to incomplete well cleaning or poor management, the motor is buried by sand; the motor starts and stops too frequently, causing the motor to overheat; the cable is damaged or the joint is not tight, and water seeps into the cable and is insulated Burned out, causing short circuit; lack of water and oil in the wet submersible electric pump motor, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the motor and burning; the impeller or other rotating parts are jammed by debris, the motor does not rotate, the overcurrent protection device fails, and the stator current is sudden Increase and burn the winding.
(2) After the submersible electric pump is started, there is no water, little water or intermittent water
The reasons for the failure are: the over-current parts such as filter screen, impeller, diversion shell, water pipe and other parts are blocked, or the water pipe is broken. At this time, the reading of the ammeter increases and the pointer swings violently, and the unit and pipeline vibrate, etc. Phenomenon, stop for inspection, clean up, and replace the water lift pipe if necessary; the unit is operating normally, but the water output is small, the reason is that the overflow part is partially blocked, the matching is unreasonable, or the required lift exceeds the rated lift of the pump too much. It is necessary to change a pump with a higher head, or it may be that the impeller turns in the reverse direction. You only need to switch any two phases of the lead-in line. If the seal ring or impeller is excessively worn, the seal ring should be replaced in time, repaired or replaced with a new one. Impeller: The unit rotates normally, but no water is discharged. The main reason is that the dynamic water level drops too much during the pumping process. You can close the gate valve on the small water pipe to reduce the water output or lower the pump. If the lowering depth reaches or exceeds the pump regulations The scope of application is still not ideal, indicating that the pump is not properly selected, and it should be replaced with a pump with a smaller flow rate.
(3) The submersible electric pump cannot be started
One situation is that after closing, the motor buzzes, indicating that the circuit is open, but the motor does not turn, then stop and check immediately. The reasons are as follows: one phase of the cable, switch wiring or motor stator winding is blocked, resulting in a lack of phase power supply; the voltage is too low, the reason may be low power supply voltage, too long cable and small cross section, too small transformer capacity, or transformer leaving the unit If the distance is too far, it should be checked item by item and eliminated; the impeller is jammed by debris or the gap between the guide bearing and the shaft is too small, shaft holding or seizure occurs, the pump should be checked, cleaned or repaired. Another situation is that the motor does not rotate after closing, and there is no sound. This indicates that the circuit is not working. At this time, you should first check whether the circuit is open or broken, and whether the fuse is in good contact or is blown. If the circuit is normal, the stator winding of the motor may be burnt out. The electric pump can be disassembled to check the stator winding of the motor.
(4) Vibration and noise when the submersible electric pump is running
The main reasons are: the guide bearing of the motor or water pump is worn, the shaft is swinging in the bearing, or the shaft is bent and the bow is eccentrically worn. At this time, the reading of the ammeter increases, the pointer swings violently, and the unit vibrates. It should be stopped immediately and lifted out. For the water pump, replace the guide bearing or straighten the shaft; the impeller tightening nut is loose, the impeller and the deflector shell collide or friction, causing the unit to vibrate, stop immediately, lift the water pump, and tighten the impeller nut; the thrust bearing is worn out, causing the impeller There is friction between the front cover and the draft tube. At this time, the ammeter pointer is violently swinging, and there is obvious mechanical friction and vibration. It should stop immediately, lift the water pump, replace the thrust bearing or thrust plate, and when the impeller is severely worn, it should be done at the same time. Replace the impeller; the balance of the motor rotor or the electric pump impeller itself is unqualified, which will cause the unit to vibrate when rotating. The motor rotor or the water pump impeller should be taken out, and the dynamic and static balance tests should be carried out until it reaches the balance, and then it is installed and used.
