1. Pump body and impeller: it has good non-clogging performance, high flow capacity and efficiency, flat power curve and no overload. The impeller is stable and accurate, with little vibration and stable operation.

2. Bearing: The lower double row angular contact bearing has strong load-bearing capacity, and the upper deep groove bearing forms a reliable support for the motor and water pump shaft, which has a large bearing margin for the radial and axial forces and other forces generated during pump operation. To ensure the smooth operation and long life of the unit.

3. Motor: A specially designed submersible motor, under normal temperature rise conditions, the motor insulation life is prolonged, and the submersible cooling effect is good, the actual temperature rise is low, and the motor insulation life is longer.

4. Shaft seal: The motor shaft seal adopts two independent mechanical seals connected in series to form two reliable sealing lines of defense. The sealing surface is pressed tighter as the medium pressure increases, effectively preventing water from entering the oil chamber. The second channel is in the oil chamber to prevent oil from entering the motor. If it fails, the second channel can still prevent oil and water from entering the motor. The bellows-type mechanical seal and the innovative structural cavity further greatly improve the reliability of the shaft seal. Under normal use, the trouble-free operation time exceeds 2000h.

5. Oil chamber: The oil chamber of the sewage and sand discharge submersible pump is a barrier to prevent the medium from entering the motor from the pump shaft, preventing the medium from entering the motor. If leakage occurs, the buffer medium from the oil chamber cannot directly enter the motor. The friction surface of the mechanical seal is lubricated and cooled to make the mechanical seal work reliable, except that it can still take away the heat of the lower bearing and some heat of the motor.
