1. Inspection before starting
(1) Check the rotation direction of the motor. The direction of rotation of the impeller of the deep well pump is counterclockwise (opposite to the direction of rotation of the clock pointer).
(2) Check the screws in each part. Check whether the screws of the water pump base are tightened, whether the nut on the packing gland is properly tightened, whether the adjusting nut is installed and tightened, etc.
(3) Check whether the lubricating oil in the bearing of the machine base and the motor is enough.
(4) Check whether the anti-reverse equipment is flexible and effective. Rotate the drive disc in a clockwise direction. After rotating a small angle, it should be blocked by the stop pin. Then rotate the drive disc counterclockwise by hand, and it should be able to rotate flexibly.
(5) Check whether all electrical equipment and wiring of the motor are correctly connected.
(6) After the above inspections have no problems, fill the lubricating water pipe next to the pump seat with clean water with a pot, bucket, etc., when most of the required amount of lubricating water has been injected, immediately start the water pump, and continue to fill the water until the pump Until the water is discharged.
2. Matters needing attention when starting
(1) When starting at full voltage, start with an AC contactor and push the closing knife at one time. If it is a reduced voltage start, use the “star” and “delta” reduced voltage start, when the motor speed and current are close to the rated value (the time is 15s~20s), quickly move the handle board to the “running” position.
(2) The starting time should not be too long to avoid burning the motor. The two starting times should be separated by more than 5 minutes. One is to prevent the motor from overheating, and the other is to prevent the backflow of water, which may cause the motor to be burned out due to overload.
(3) In the cold state of the motor, the continuous forced start shall not exceed three times, and the continuous start shall not be allowed in the hot state close to the allowable temperature.
(4) If the starting torque is too large to start, the pressure reduction standard of the compensator can be increased by one level (from 70% to 80%).
3. Precautions during operation
(1) During operation, attention should be paid to whether the pump is running stably, whether the water output is normal, whether the power consumption (fuel consumption) is appropriate, whether the packing tightness is appropriate, and whether the lubrication is good, etc.
(2) The screw cap oil cup on the pump cover should be screwed into the well pump every 24 hours or so, and calcium-based grease should be added to the cup every 3 to 5 days. Motor lubricating oil, No. 10 oil can be used in summer, and No. 6 oil can be used in winter.
(3) When the well pump is in operation, always pay attention to the change of the water level in the well, and regularly measure the static and dynamic water levels to prevent the well water level from being excessively lowered, so that the impeller is not submerged deep enough, sucking in air, and destroying the normal operation of the pump, and even unable to pump water and wear rubber. Bearing. To ensure normal operation, the lowest water level in the well should be at least 0.5m higher than the lower diversion shell.
(4) During the operation of the pump, if it is found that the water contains silt, it is not advisable to stop immediately, and it should continue to be pumped for a period of time for observation. Because sometimes this kind of time containing silt is not long, it can be used normally after being drained. If there is a lot of sediment and cannot be exhausted for a long time, it may be that the well pipe is seriously damaged. The pump should be removed for well cleaning or treatment in time to prevent the sediment from being buried in the pump body.
4. Precautions when shutting down
Before shutting down the well pump, the gate valve on the outlet pipe should be closed first, and then the power supply should be cut off. After stopping, if all the water in the pumping pipe does not flow back into the well, do not restart the pump to avoid failure due to excessive starting power. Generally, it should be restarted after an interval of 10 to 15 minutes.
