The deep well pump is a vertical centrifugal pump. The deep well pump can lift the water up in the well. With the drop of the underground water level, the use of deep well pumps is more extensive than the general use of centrifugal pumps.
However, due to improper selection of models, some users may not be able to install in, insufficient water output, and fail to pump water. There are even problems such as damage to the deep well pump. So, how should the user choose the appropriate type of deep well pump?
Shenlong Pump Industry Co., Ltd. tells you how to choose the type. The pump type is initially determined according to the wellhead diameter and water quality. Different types of deep well pumps have certain requirements for the diameter of the wellhead. The maximum diameter of the deep well pump should be less than 25 of the wellhead diameter. ~50mm. If the diameter of the wellhead is skewed, the maximum diameter of the deep well pump should be smaller. In short, the pump body should not be close to the wall of the well to prevent the vibration of the deep well pump from damaging the well. (It will cause the well wall to collapse and deposit).
Select the flow rate of the deep well pump for the water output of the well. Each well has an economically best water output. The flow of the deep well pump should be equal to or less than the water level at the bottom of the well when it drops to half of the depth of the well. Choose pumping. If the amount is greater than that, when the well is pumped, it will cause the well wall to collapse and deposit, which will affect the life of the well. If the pumping amount is too small, the efficiency of the well will not be fully utilized. Therefore, the best way is to conduct a pumping test on the well. The downhole water may provide the maximum water output. This is done to select the flow rate of the deep well pump. The manufacturer will mark the flow, head, motor power, speed, etc. on the pump, and the numbers marked on the nameplate on the pump casing or in the manual will be the standard.
The depth of the downhole water level drop and the pipeline loss of the water pipeline determine the actual required head of the deep well pump. The head of the deep well pump is equal to the vertical distance from the water level to the water surface of the storage tank plus the lost head. The head of the loss is usually 6~9% of the net head, generally 1~2m. The water penetration depth of the bottom impeller of the deep well pump is 1~1.5m. The total length of the downhole part of the deep-well pump tubing cannot exceed the maximum length of the deep-well pump into the well specified in the manual.
The water in the well contains sand, and deep well pumps cannot be installed in wells with more than one ten thousandths. Because the underground water contains too much sand, if it exceeds 0.1%, it will accelerate the progress of the wear of the rubber bearing, cause the vibration of the water pump, and also affect the life of the water pump.
