① The body of the screw pump vibrates violently and produces noise:

The installation of the oil pump is not firm enough or the installation of the oil pump is too high, the ball bearing of the motor is damaged, the main shaft of the oil pump is bent, or it is not concentric or not parallel to the main shaft of the motor, etc.

Install the oil pump stably or lower the installation height of the oil pump, replace the motor ball bearing, correct the bent oil pump spindle or adjust the relative position of the oil pump and the motor.

② Overheating of transmission shaft and motor bearing:

Lack of lubricating oil or damaged bearings, etc.

Add lubricating oil or replace the bearing.

③ The oil pump does not deliver oil

The pump body and the suction pipe are not filled with oil, the dynamic oil level is lower than the oil filter pipe of the oil pump, and the suction pipe is broken.
