The IR pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal hot water centrifugal pump. Its structure is a horizontal suspension, a radial part, a rear door, and a central support. It is suitable for conveying high-temperature and clean media. The product complies with GB5656-1994 “Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps (II)” and GB3215 “General Technical Requirements for Centrifugal Pumps for Refinery, Chemical and Petrochemical Processes”.
Mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry, power station, heating, textile, waste heat utilization, heat exchange device, etc.

1. High efficiency and energy saving: CFD is used to calculate fluid dynamics, analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and speed distribution in the pump, and optimize the flow channel design of the pump to ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile and improve the efficiency of the pump.
2. High temperature resistant structure: The pump body adopts the center support method, which solves the stress concentration caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion of the pump set at high temperature and the change of the coupling to the center when the pump is transporting high temperature medium. The pump bracket, pump cover, suspension body (bearing part) and mechanical seal gland all have cooling cavities, which can be cooled by cooling water or wind at different temperatures.
3. Bearing: Cylindrical roller bearing and two angular contact bearings are used as the bearing, which adopts thin oil lubrication, and the bearing capacity is significantly improved. The design life of the bearing is 25,000 hours.
4. Shaft seal: optional soft packing seal and mechanical seal.
5. Coupling: It adopts elastic pin coupling, which has high transmission accuracy.
6. Auxiliary pipeline: According to the requirements of API 610 8th edition.
7. Pressure bearing: The design pressure is 4.0MPa, and the pressure bearing is high.
